I still cannot understand why Derik didn’t call him *Toy Boy* instead of *Boy Toy*. I mean, his name is *Toivo*. The pun writes itself and he missed the mark.
My secret is that Derik *is* making a pun here. “Boy toy” and “toy boy” are both terms for the same thing, I just find “boy toy” to be more commonly used. Derik wouldn’t keep calling Toivo that if it wasn’t a joke to himself.
