I feel like they both need apologies from each other. On one hand, Toivo is a childish man who gave his daughter little reason to trust his judgement. But on the other hand, Rosemary stole a magical artifact she knew nothing about from her father’s desk at the request of someone she barely knew. And yes, the first one fed in to the second one, but letting herself be convinced that her dad disliking Surule meant he would actually let Serule die by withholding something that could cure him… ☹️
