What if it’s Toivo’s blood 😮
The hairstyle on the blood-image is a match for Toivo, and he says the orange streak in his hair is a curse. o.0 I don’t think they’re connected, even if it is Toivo, because Serule seems pretty knowledgeable about this field.
*More SPOILERS WARNING*
No… I think you’re onto something. From the plot perspective, this Derik has some link to Toivo’s past, to his parents. Is Toivo the son of the Beast cult’s leader, dead but resurected? Is it the blood of Rosemary’s granpaw? Of Baby Toivo?
